   Welcome!
My name is Elexis, but everyone calls me Twist. I am a Barber/Hairstylist in San Diego. Not only is Houston, Texas the place where I grew up, its also the place where I fell in love with hair. I started doing locs at the age of 15 and continued to do them throughout my undergrad education. Even after I graduated from a Historically Black College, and after working in a corporate office, I always knew that it wasn't my destiny to sit behind a desk for the rest of my life.
    Thanks to my encouraging parents, they inspired me to pursue my dream and be a professional Barber/Hairstylist. On June 30th, 2017, I received my barbers license and continued to learn more services to accommodate any client that walks through the door.
    Being able to do multiple services allows me to satisfy more than one kind of clientele which makes me stand out from other stylists.
