REGULATIONS
1. My schedule opens up every month on the 20th at 8:00pm for the following month. For an example: The February schedule will open on January 20th at 8:00 p.m. The rest of the calendar year will be closed so if the calendar says I'm booked 6 months out that only means that the rest of the year is blocked off while the current month is open.
l2. Clients who want an appointment on a month that is not open can pay a $50 fee through Apple Pay, Cash or Zelle. This fee will NOT go towards your appointment. This will guarantee a spot for you.
3. Please come with your hair prepped and ready ( for loc maintenance, have your locs loose and down with no style). There is no guarantee that I will have time to prep your hair for you. If I do have time, there will be a $50 charge. If I do not have time, you will be charged a rescheduling/cancelation fee.
4, A wash comes with a retwist ONLY. If you want a wash added to a service you will have to choose the "Wash" or "Wash & Blow Dry" add-on.
5. Clients who have not had a retwist for 4 or more months will be charged an extra fee depending on the condition of the hair.
6. If you need a loc repair service, it will not show on the services tabs. Instead, contact me through text
(832-894-6265) and I will make the appointment for you.
7. Please do not have anything planned on the day of your appointment. Although I am very punctual when it comes to my schedule, I do not like to rush. So, if you have an important event, or another appointment, I would highly suggest you to book on a different day.
8. For clients who select "Locs - Top of the head" please make sure your locs don't go below your temple area. Anything below the temple is considered a full head. If you have questions or concerns about this rule please don't hesitate to text me.
9. Let's say you book for a service that's a total of $200 but when you get to your appointment time, you want to change the service that ends up being a $100. Unless you tell me to change the service before you get to your appointment, you will be charged for the original $200 service. Its easy to communicate with me so just text me and let me know you want to change the service before the appointment time and date. When you book I plan the day according to the service you choose. So please keep that in mind. Thank you.
10. I will sometimes contact you the day before OR the day of your appointment and ask you to come early or later than your original time. if I do contact you to change the time, you do not have to agree with the change. You can either say yes or no. It's up to you. You will not be charged a late or cancellation fee if you cannot make the changed appointment time.
RULES
1. A $25 non-refundable deposit is required for ALL NEW CLIENTS. It will go towards your appointment. I only take cash,
Apple Pay, and Zelle for deposits. I will contact you once as soon as I can to do a consultation before asking for a deposit.
2, DO NOT come in sick even if you do not have COVID. I will do the same
3. All deposits are non-refundable unless I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
4. If you want more than one service please select all the services you require. If you select Color, Retwist or Braids/Twists, the website will take you to a new page where you can add on other services such as a style or a haircut.
5. I charge 100% of the service for any no call/no show appointments. so please have the courtesy to contact me if your plans change. You will not be able to book another appointement until you pay the charge.
6. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged a $100 fee. You cannot book another appointment if you do not pay this fee.
7. I charge a $20 late fee for every 15 minutes you if you are late. After 30 minutes your appointment will be canceled. This is considered a cancelation within 24 hours so this will result in a $100 fee.
8. I only accept cash, Apple Pay and Zelle as a deposit payment. For the rest of your payment on the day of your appointment, I only accept cash, Apple Pay and Zelle so please come prepared. I do have an ATM in my shop.
9. Please read the description of each service you choose ( click READ MORE ). You are fully responsible for all the steps you must take for each service. If you have any questions contact me.
10. I DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY SERVICE

- Prices will change starting September 1st, 2025.
- NEW LOCATION IS 6760 UNIVERSITY AVE, SUITE 130 92115 at Continued Beauty Lounge.
- I recently put color services back on the website. However, I DO NOT OFFER COLOR THAT REQUIRES BLEACH OR LIGHTENER (Bright colors such as blonde). I will be doing colors such as browns, burgundy, navy blue, dark purple, ginger, etc. I have personal reasons why I do not do bleach (Lightener) and I will continue to honor my values. Please respect my wishes. Thank you.
- I have recently made changes to the website. You can now add-on services when you select your retwist, color and braid appointments.
- I now offer washes and detangling services for braids and twists ONLY IF YOU SELECT THE ADD-ON SERVICE. If you do not come with your hair washed and blow dried and you DO NOT select the WASH AND BLOW DRY service. I will have to reschedule your appointment. You will be charged a rescheduling/cancelation fee upon arrival. You cannot reschedule unless the fee is paid.
- Zelle has been recently added as an acceptable payment. A $5.00 charge will be added if you decide to use CashApp or Venmo.
- If you have a medical emergency within the 24 hour mark of your appointment, and you let me know, you will not have to pay the cancelation fee. I understand things happen and I will be willing to work with you.
